Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without prior approval are not eligible for return or refund.
Refund Process
Once a return request is approved and the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
